JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
The University of Pittsburgh Center for Medical Countermeasures against Radiation (CMCR) is seeking a postdoctoral fellow with expertise in chemical biology for elucidating the mechanism of small molecule binding to the mitochondrial membrane and radioprotection of mammalian cells.

Applicants should have a PhD degree or equivalent in Organic Chemistry, Membrane Lipid Chemistry, Biophysics, Molecular Biology of Mitochondrial Membranes, or an equivalent area.

Funding is available for two years.

The postdoctoral fellow will work in the laboratories of Peter Wipf, PhD (Chemistry), Valerian Kagan, PhD (Mitochondrial Redox Chemistry), and Joel Greenberger, MD (Radiobiology).
